28. Hebb's Law

Donald Hebb knew the nature of the brain cell. he was one of the pioneers of Neuroscience. Donald Hebb dsicovered the energy souce of the mind. He paved the foundation of more discoveries in neuroscience. When an axon of cell A is near enough to excite cell B and repeatedly or persistently takes part in firing it, some growth process or metabolic change takes place in one or both cells such that A's efficiency, as one of the cells firing B, is increased. 240. Life is a subtraction , not an addition.

Life pursue has two fundamental elements: One is the motivation facor, the next is the reward factor. Life in addition is the affirmation of both elements.
