This topic is on Depression Trap. I saw people from time to time, unfortunately fall into depression TRAP. There are many reasons which leading to depression, for examples; a change in living conditions that leads to depression (time and place induced SAD) , or a person can't cope with daily life/work tasks, or a change in living pace/ transition in a life journey coupled with poor oxygen supply in the brain that can trigger depression. In general, shortages of essential neuro-chemicals (ie. Dopamine, ACH, Serotonin, GABA) in the brain are the main reasons for depression. Depression is about mind and body delaying synchrony in possessing input information to the brain. Depressed people are having to struggle between mind and body well being. Firstly they are thinking too much, too anxious about everything around them. Secondly a tired body has to drag on the whole day before a night begins.
