232. Marathon Race

Marathon resume in 2022. In case people want to go for mararthon race, starting 5km, 10km ,21km and 42 km. The important thing is to know what IS YOUR OBJECTIVE? Enjoy the process,and/or Break through own records,and/or Keep fit. I think keeping fit is the prime consideration. Keep fit in terms of physical and muscles fitness, keep the Mind challenged. As we aged, many body and mind functions do not keep pace with our experience and wisdom. You may be rich and gain more wsidom but the body and mind are getting poorer year after year. The problems of over or under training: Keep a regular training plan and gradually increase intensity of training. whether 5km or 42km is a matter of training, set your tatget, you will reach there. Not to worry about so much whether the heart, the knees or the angles cant take it. As long as you train gradually, safely and find one day you will receive a finsihing medal of your choice.

231. World Inflaion Continue

One year has passed, yet world inflation is getting from bad to worst which led by USA kept printing usd uncontrollable for years until it stopped recently. Fast forward into 2023, the inflation will slowly turn into recession as many companies will face financial strains. Next two years world economy will be contraction in size, that is an automatic world economy reset to a more sustainable world order in terms of resources usage and allocation. That will be a new norm of economic reality

This round of inflation is mainly casued by failure and inefficiency of many government of the world to fight covid-19. People who beleive in freedom is another reason as why this virus will not go away. Covid-19 thought the world a lesson that is freedom has a little value to save life. Now it is time to let go your freedom, a so-called superficial freedom. Freedom and formality democracy be election once a while can't help to solve our world problems. It is time we need new world governing system for a better mankind development. 229. Post Pandemic Era - To reduce human activity to save mankind for a better living

Since March 2019 our living movement are somehow hadicapped because of a fear for covid-19 virus with many mutuants spreading. The form of virus keeps changing to adapt to new enivronment and modified human immune system, therefore we have less hope to eradicate the virus entirely despite many advances in vaccine technology. May be we can do somethings as follows: 1. Reduce our way of activities engagement ie less physical interaction, we need to find new ways of social interaction. 2. Reduce stay in airconditioning environment. ie bulid more open air facilities. May be design new course of future architects. 3. Reduce global warming ie. less chance for virus to multiply and boost human immune sysyem as a whole. 4. Reduce heavily rely on capitalist system where miority getting rich are priorities: for government and business enterprises. 5. Reduce indoor activites. 228. Mind over Body. Yes 20% of time is right

Body indeed controls the mind, yes most of the time. Mind controls the body, only sometimes. - Simon Kong Act a superficial level, a mind controls a body. But in actual fact the body controls the mind; for examples when you are hungry you know it, when you smell somethings good you know it. Mind controls the body, yes it happens but it is not so often. Mind controls intention and motivation. Mind process like thinking which creates action with a help from the body. Therefore mind can't control the body but mind can influence the body. In short: Body first, Mind second, there is a logical order in it. Let me give you seven examples: Where the body controls the mind. Example 1: In my last few km of marathon run. It is not mind over body, it is the results of training ie body endurance and muscle strength are the keys. When a body runs in rhythms then a mind control is not necessary. Share markets worldwide is bullish. I called this as a super cycle. I. Why share investment is dangerous at any given times? My answer is Greed, Ignorance and Fear. A word of caution, someone says share investing is like gambling. Investing or gambling, it is a thin fine line. Gambling means addiction, investment means enjoyment. If we invest shares is based on investment mode, then there is no danger of bankruptcy threat. 225. Memory Techniques

Memories are in the past and now we make use our memories which stored in a brain for the present living effectively, so learn these techniques before we are aged and incapable of recall memory. Memory are techniques which can be learned- Simon Kong Why memory fails us? It is because when we aged, brain size shrinking accordingly, brain hormones production reduces as neurons have become less and less in amount. There are many memory trigger methods, today I recommend Journey Method below: If our brains are good and sound at present then there is no need or urgency to use memory techniques as short term memory can do most daily memory function for us. However when we are getting older, short term memory can't work well even for 6 seconds retention power therefore learning of these memory techniques becomes useful.
