Good food may be contributed to 10% of our longevity. Here I like Vijay Vad MD article on good food recommended list
"- Cold water fish
- Grass-feed red meat
- Free -range chicken and turkey
- Flaxseed oil, olive oil, walnut, borage oil
- Walnuts, macadamia nuts
- Dark-green leafy vegetables
- Cabbage, cauliflowers, kohlrabi
- Fruits (apples, oranges, berries, bananas, papayas, grapes, kiwi fruit, mangos, avocados)
- Whole grains
- Green tea, oolong tea, water, mineral water
- Organic frozen fruits and vegetable with no added sugars
- Spices
- Dark chocolate with high cocoa content (70% or more)
- Low fat yogurt/s milk, kefir, coconut milk products, rice milk"
