A very good virtue of human being is to be humble. This quality will serve us well in good time and in bad time.

We tend to be arrogant or over confident due to past success or because of group expectation. So be humbe every time and this human quality need to be cultivated day by day.

My discussion of QI here, it has no religious implication. Qi is in a form of energy which flows in a body and supported by earth magnetic field. When harmonial vibration of body parts, Qi flow. When Qi accumulated in certain parts of body, they create resonance to promote blood flood.- Simon Kong Qi is energy circulating in our body in a dynamic state, it has no form or shape. Qi is a form of energy flows within the body. With practice some people have the ability to make Qi flow out of the body. When Qi is abundance, some people use Qi to heal others. Qi is measurable, it has infrared and electricity component but so far the measurment is not scientific enough to convince the general public. 213. Keep our "best view" of religion within ourselves

When you have no religion, be a bit polite to believers. When you have a religion , this is not everything for others, it is for you only, your circle of friends. Whatever religion you believe in, this is your choice, not others. it is a personal choice. We believe in different things and interpret meaning of life differently. Base on our personal experience, family background, upbringing, self reflection and circle of contact and influence, we find our belief system; or religion preference or spritituality connection. Everyone has a right in own belief system and so do other people because people minds are made different; heart, emotion and mindset are made up differently. There is no right or wrong in each belief system. Please be mindful that we don't act as if we are always right, force sell our religion is the only religion to this world.
