One of the ways is to go for a mountain trekking or an adventural trip to find it out. When we trek mountains in South East Asia such as Mount Kinablau in Malaysia or Mount Rinjani in Lombok,Indonesia, we would find out whether the body and mind can work together in harmony. She suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for many years and despite the pains she conducted awakened mind training for laymen and at practitioner level for many years. She worked best at night, she was creative and she wrote brainwave music. A normal house chore for a normal person is absolutely normal, for example toilet routine, but that task took 3 hours for her to accomplish it. I also remembered after one practitioner training session, she complained tiredness and I checked her body response and I found that she was really tired. I wondered how she managed to conduct training at that state. Without Awakened State she could not attained that level of competency. Inspired by C Maxwell Cade, she was committed to teach people who are seeking Awakened Mind State. I think this Chinese proverb still valid in present day: " When a student is ready to learn, the teacher will appear just right in front of him
