61. Creativity

This is a subject which attracting more debates over the years. Creativity is not by rote learning, not a knolwledge box, or something which we can possess it physically. Creativity is a state of mind. Many of us are aware of many creativity techniques, but after we have studied this subject and we normally put all the notes aside or displayed them on the bookshelf. Very soon or later we would return to our non-creative self. Knowledege is power but put knowledge into practice is creativity. Creativity is not a content or subject matter. Again it is a skill set, it is a mind state. It is an AHA state. Having more knowledge do not give us creativity. Creativity comes from flexibility. Creativity comes from courage. When people are self motivated, taking ownership, taking initiative, know what they want and where they are heading for, making courageous decision and trust their own instincts and themselves more and all these elements are essential for creativity. Aware, Acknowledge and Act

59. Allergy

Image
Allergy can attack anybody at any time. I am doing a research into allergy prevention now. "Common allergic reactions include eczema, hives, hay fever, asthma attacks, food allergies, and reactions to the venom of stinging insects such as wasps and bees."-wikipedia Allergy is a form of body fight and flight response, it manifests in most common areas including skin rashes, ulcers, body pains, joint stiffness and skin inflammatory. Triggers of allergic response can be foods, insects, flowers and odors. However the basic brain response to the allergic substances is still unknown. Doctors are usualy prescribe normal anti-inflammatory cream, oral medicine and even injection to reduce alergic symptoms. The cure is yet to be found. I intend to study Neurofeedback to find solutions to allergy and related symptoms. Taking a cold bath in the morning may be a good start.

Source: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia "High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training is an exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. HIIT is a form of cardio which is beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 9–20 minutes. The original protocol set a 2:1 ratio for work to recovery periods. For example, a runner would alternate 15-20 seconds of hard sprinting with 10 seconds of jogging or walking" Little Method "An alternate regimen based on a 2009 study[3] uses 60 seconds of intense exercise (at 95% of VO2max) followed by 75 seconds of rest, repeated for 8-12 cycles. Subjects using this method trained 3 times per week, and obtained gains similar to what would be expected from subjects who who did steady state (50-70% VO2max) training for five hours per week. While still a demanding form of training, this exercise protocol could be used by the gene

57. Learn from the Monkeys

Image
Definition of Monkey Mind: Describes a mind that jumps from thought to thought like a monkey jumps from tree to tree. Humans interpret unfocused, distracted and disorganised mind as monkey mind. In fact a real monkey has focused and organised mind. Labelling a monkey has a monkey mind is not fare to the monkey. The reversal is true. At time, human mind is unfocused, disorganised and destructive. I observed monkeys for a while now. In fact, In my opinion, there is no such thing called monkeys' mind. Monkeys Have No Monkeys' Mind but only human being have monkey mind. - A mind that moving second by second like a monkey. Monkeys are very focused on what they do, for example they jump from tree to tree with a distance 30 times away of body length with precised jump execution. Any lack of initial jump momentum and falling away from a right tree branch will lead to life and death situation. Monkeys snatched away foods from children at a right timing and at a right ambused position.

56. Use it or lose it

Use it or lose it - Use our brain cells and our brain states every second, every minute and every day. We ever experience in an electronic device with AA batteries in it, if we don't use that device for a while we would know the outcome : The battries leaked and in a worst case, the device damaged beyond repair. Similarly if we learn any mind management technique, whether it be in energy healing, or a mind contol technique but if we don't practise them often enough, very soon the techniques would not be effective at all. This principle applies to any event leading to healthy, happy and wealthy pursue.
