What we see is not exactly as happened in reality. The way we perceive information from the environment is affected by many factors. Don't believe what we see is the first lesson we need to educate our mind.
The respond time of our eyes may have lack time of 500ms between the response and the reality so what you see can be very misleading.
Use our logic first after what you have seen in the environment. It is advisable that we don't trust our vision completely.
