50. Be a good leader : Start from the brain then train your heart and hands

“I am convinced that we must train not only the head, but the heart and hand as well.”
-- Madame Chiang Kai-Shek quote

We write our own destiny; we become what we do.”
-- Madame Chiang Kai-Shek quote

A leader is someone who has commitment, competency and a willingness to scarify time for others.

I remembered my friend Saint said : Commitment without competence will not lead you to your destination. But commitment alone is good enough to take the first step if you are determine to build competence along the way.

So we go back to the source, we train our brain as an origin of mind power generator; and gradually hands and body are the organs that need to obey the brain order.

When the brain, heart and hands are in synchrony, conected and that would bring out the best quality of a good leader.

We can be good leaders, first by taking care of our intentions.
