97. Why men have more heart attack?

When I look for reasons as why men are more prone to heart attack. I begin to see clues.

"According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, several risk factors put men at more risk for heart disease because these risk factors are more prevalent in men. These factors include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, poor diet, cigarette smoking, lack of exercise and alcohol consumption.'

I personally feel that the autonomic nervous system of men are different from women. (Also muscle structure, lung capacity). Hope they are more researchers look into these areas of field work.

When men playing badminton, running, swimming or sleep, there are chances that heart attack can hit them.

I notice that there are two types of heart attack for men. One is for a group of healthy male who have engaging active sports, who have been taking part in competitive sports. The other group is men who have underlining heart problems.

For the first active group, heart attack can be fatal. The heart failure can be due to heart failure or lung failure. These are the serious cases. When engaging activities, remember that it is safer not to push so hard, that could save their lives.

For another group of men, when heart attacks strike them there is a high chance to save a life because the golden rule applies. The golden rule says that the first hour of a heart attack is known as the "golden hour." If you get help during that first hour, your chances of recovery are greatly improved. If treatment can begin within the first hour after symptoms appear, the most serious complications even death may be averted.
