130 Adaptation and Integration

New immigrants need to put a national interest ahead of their race and religion belief when integrating to a new country.

When immigrants come to this country, they bring in vitality but at the same time if the inflow of immigrant is so huge it may hindrance the integration process.

For example: It takes a mind of one generation to adapt to a new environment and its culture and when the conditions are right and slow these new immigrants integrated well to the system.

However when the inflow is too great within a short period of time the new immigrants in big numbers do not have a need or desire to integrate, instead they impose their habits and culture to the new country they went in. As a result conflict of mind is seen everywhere and crack begins to surface.

Situation in this country, in Europe and in America is the same.

In order to have a more stable country where everyone enjoys most, the only solution is to slow down the immigration process and impose 10 years rule for obtaining housing right, a citizenship or PR status as what Japan has done so well in integration process. Likewise Hong Kong recently did equally well by restricting PR status to seven years so that people coming to that country are really wanted to settle down and make real contributions to the country. They will be rewarded handsomley.

All immigrants must learn the commercial working language is the first step for integration.
